I took a try at updating the index.html file to point to the location
where one can download the official releases. I'm headed out to the
woods for the weekend in a few hours, so I'm not going to be able to
update it.

Please look at it. Also, we could use some updates to the wiki
documentation for how to use the project. The artifacts are now on Maven
Central, so they are easy to get to.
